maxcluster - Information on Data According to the EU Data Act

How can I transfer my data?

This document describes which customer data is processed, made available, and is exportable in the context of maxcluster services, in accordance with the EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854).

If no special export function is available, data can be exported in accordance with industry practice by copying the information from the user interface or using the browser's print-to-PDF function.

1. Customer Account Information

Customers can view general account information via the maxcluster Application Center.

Available data includes:

  • Customer number (CN)
  • Assigned clusters
  • Account status

Access / Export:

  • Viewable in the Application Center
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF

2. User Roles and Permissions

User management and role assignments are handled in the Application Center.

Available data includes:

  • User name
  • Assigned role (e.g. Administrator, Manager)
  • Permission scope per customer and cluster

Access / Export:

  • Viewable in the Application Center
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF

3. Contract Information

Contractual information related to clusters and services is provided via the Application Center.

Available data includes:

  • Active contracts
  • Ordered services
  • Contract status

4. Invoices and Billing Data

Billing information is available in the Application Center.

Available data includes:

  • Issued invoices
  • Current billing period overview
  • Service-based cost breakdown

Access / Export:

  • Invoices are downloadable as PDF
  • Additional billing views exportable via browser print-to-PDF

5. Domains and DNS Configuration

Domain and DNS management is performed via the Managed Center.

Available data includes:

  • Managed domains
  • DNS zones
  • DNS records (A, AAAA, MX, TXT, etc.)

Access / Export:

  • Viewable in the Managed Center
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF

6. SSL Certificates

SSL certificates are managed via the Managed Center and Application Center.

Available data includes:

  • Certificate details
  • Assigned domains
  • Certificate validity period

Access / Export:

  • Certificates can be downloaded as ZIP files
  • Configuration details exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF

7. Webserver Settings

Webserver configuration options are available via the Managed Center.

Available data includes:

  • Webserver type (Apache / NGINX)
  • Feature flags (e.g. Varnish enabled/disabled)
  • Domain-level configuration settings

Access / Export:

  • Viewable in the Managed Center
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF
  • Accessible via ssh

8. PHP Version and Configuration

PHP versions and settings are configurable via the Managed Center.

Available data includes:

  • Installed PHP versions
  • Selected PHP version per domain
  • Enabled PHP modules
  • PHP configuration parameters

Access / Export:

  • Viewable in the Managed Center and via CLI
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF
  • Accessible via ssh

9. Database Users and Grants

Database management is handled via the Managed Center.

Available data includes:

  • Database names
  • Assigned database users
  • User privilege scope

Access / Export:

  • Viewable in the Managed Center
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF
  • Exportable via mysql cli

10. Database Dumps

Database dumps can be created and accessed via backup and restore workflows.

Available data includes:

  • SQL dump files
  • Restore timestamps

Access / Export:

  • Dumps are stored as files
  • Exportable via SFTP or SSH by the customer

11. Disk Quota and Storage Usage

Storage usage information is available via the Managed Center.

Available data includes:

  • Allocated storage type (SSD / NVMe)
  • Used and available disk space

Access / Export:

  • Viewable in the Managed Center
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF

12. SSH and SFTP Access Logs

Access logs for SSH and SFTP connections are available in the Managed Center.

Available data includes:

  • Timestamp of access
  • Protocol (SSH / SFTP)
  • Source information

  • Viewable in the Managed Center
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF
  • Accessible via ssh

13. Cronjob Configuration and Execution Information

Cronjobs are managed via the Managed Center.

Available data includes:

  • Cronjob schedule
  • Executed commands

Access / Export:

  • Viewable in the Managed Center
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF
  • Accessible via ssh

14. ShopPerformance Reports

ShopPerformance provides automated performance analyses.

Available data includes:

  • Scan results
  • Performance findings
  • Optimization recommendations

  • Viewable in the Managed Center

15. ShopSecurity Reports

ShopSecurity provides automated security analyses.

Available data includes:

  • Detected security issues
  • Risk classifications
  • Recommended actions

16. Cache Statistics

Cache-related information is provided via ShopPerformance and CLI tools.

Available data includes:

  • Cache status and findings
  • OPcache-related metrics (where applicable)

Access / Export:

  • Viewable in the Managed Center or via CLI
  • Exportable via copy & paste or command output redirection

17. Webserver Response Information

Operational response information is derived from webserver logs

Available data includes:

  • Request timestamps
  • Response behavior

Access / Export:

  • Viewable via Managed Center log views
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF
  • Accessible via ssh

18. Firewall and IP Access Rules

Security-related IP rules are managed via the Managed Center.

Available data includes:

  • Blocked IP addresses
  • Allowlisted IP addresses

  • Viewable in the Managed Center
  • Exportable via copy & paste or browser print-to-PDF

19. Service Settings

Service control options are available via the Managed Center.

Available data includes:

  • Service status (e.g. Apache, NGINX, PHP-FPM, MySQL)
  • Service restart and control actions

20. System Event Information

System-related operational events are documented via system and troubleshooting views.

Available data includes:

  • Event descriptions (e.g. memory-related incidents)

  • Accessible via ssh

Explicitly Excluded Data Categories

The following data categories are excluded from detailed export descriptions because they are either not exportable, available only on request, or provided as raw technical logs:

  • Cluster usage metrics (no export available)
  • Monitoring alerts (no export available)
  • Service uptime logs (no export available)
  • Cluster configuration (no export available)
  • API audit logs (no export available)
  • MySQL slow query logs (raw log format; must be parsed; not enabled by default)
  • Partner management data (available via Partner Management Portal at request)
